The moves found in Upper Elite are a little above basic, but the type of circuit training present makes its effectiveness increase but also the difficulty. That being said, some workouts still vary in difficulty in terms of the type of workout it is and the type of exercises you are doing. The real only con would be the difficulty for some, it is a rather long workout at 60 minutes, and the lack of explosive movements found.Īny workout you do, if you give it your all, will be hard. I find this kind of training very good in terms of building not only strength but endurance as well considering your first move is a chest/ push up variation which includes the shoulders and triceps which you continue to hit during the circuit. The one rest is find in between the circuits. Upper elite is a great circuit workout, meaning it goes from one exercise training one muscle, to another exercise training another muscle without any rest.
